In 1997 Tom Brett successfully completed the exams in auctioneering and was granted a diploma of membership of The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (M.I.P.A.V.). Before getting involved in the auctioneering business Tom worked in the quality department of a multinational company. This quality standard he gained has continued into his own business.
Tom brett Auctioneers handles all types of Sales, ie. Sales of sites, houses, farm lands, Pubs.

Valuations

We carry out valuations on all types of properties for probate and bank purposes. We are also on the panel of valuers for most lending institutes.

Lettings

Sorry, we are not involved in the managing or the letting of properties.
